With Korea Telecom's selection of Samsung, 609,000 new DSL lines will be deployed in the region during the second half of 2001. ADI's DSL chipsets are at the heart of Samsung's solutions for both central office (CO) and customer premises equipment (CPE) with COpperhead quad-port chipsets incorporated into its line card and ADI's AD20msp930 chipsets in Ethernet and PCI modems.

There is a chipset at each end of those 609,000 lines...so that is 1,218,000 chipsets....NOT BAD!
