I can eat green eggs and ham without the yolks and without the ham, Sam I am. I can also eat 1 fish, two fish. Red fish. Blue fish. As long as the fish is not on my dish. Provided that it's merely a wish. You see a fish is something many vegitarians can eat. However, I'm trying to avoid eating anything that has oil, fat, fins or feet. In the beginning it seemed rather neat. Especially when I thought about all the pounds I could delete. But this weekend I found it an opportune time to cheat. Planting the garden I hurt my lower back. To ease the pain I drank a six pack. Then proceeded to eat ribs called "baby back" by the rack. I ate so much I nearly had to gack. The next day I felt sluggish, tired, and I was draggin'. So picked myself up and got back on the Vegetable Wagon. With more weight loss, I'll be able to do a little more braggin'. 45 pounds lighter, my pants sure are a saggin'. -Dr.Seuss'Guitar P.S. did you know there's 150 calories in just one beer? guess how many there are in 20. I tried to count it this weekend but lost count. I was pounding Heinekens with Bud Light Chasers. The weather was too perfect not to down a few... P.P.S. have you ever had french fried pertaters made from sweet pertaters? me neither, but i'd like to try 'em. are thee legal? I prefer the original recipe... Why screw with perfection... My wife has baked some steak fried that were o.k. but no substitute from the original. She also made some potato pancakes that were pretty good. Being that I don't eat anything with oil on this diet, I try not to eat many substitutes. They just reminds me how much diets suck. Instead we try to eat good tasting vegetable, bean, pasta dishes, etc.
