<< Survival Financing >>

Bright future but getting from here to there is in doubt. I think that needed outside
financing will come in the form of an equity financing (further diluting equity) or
an outright takeover.

Either way, Bramson will wind up working for someone else and common
shareholders will get "less" than could have been expected.

While the rollout of the syndication model may not be producing the desired
revenues quickly enough (not sure of this though), the rollout and publicity
is at least putting Ampex assets up for valuation.

Here, the best strategy, IMO would be to make as many alliances and
syndications possible, at whatever cost (or lack of revenue), to demonstrate
the efficacy of ITG cost benefits (to demonstrate its value) and to move
TV1 and possibly iNEXTV toward IPO as soon as possible. IPO as much
as to raise needed capital as to raise valuation and investment / takeover
price.

Looking on the bright side, these numbers don't include the Yahoo and Microsoft exposure. Also we may have a hit in the making with Couch Confessions which ought to help draw audience to the other stuff.
Nonetheless I expect we'll see a major drop in price today.
