Depends on Mhz. Maybe power consumption. If A4 can match Tualatin on both, Intel will likely rely on price cuts and "deals" to prevent loss of market share....even on Tualatin. A bloodbath will ensue.
If AMD ever puts a dent in the server market. Intel will have few places to hide big margins.

The astounding thing is how long it's taken AMD to get into these areas...
