Would someone please tell me this is not true:

AMAT want "Information for everyone" to become as well known as "Where do you want to go today" and "Intel inside." AMAT will spend $30 Million in media advertising over the next 7 months according to an article in Monday's WSJ. The campaign, which points to the ubiquity of semiconductor chips in everyday life, is a move by the company to expand awareness among the general public of the benefits brought about through the chips produced by customers using AMAT equipment.

Jim Morgan, hold your Top 10 CEO head in shame! What a waste of resources at the very time you are laying off your workforce.

We're throwing out all we know.
