All I can say is I think that POS Calderone has some set of brass balls. With all the cash in the till the stock has sat at 1/2 of cash for a year. The mkt is telling us that Calderone in INEPT, his game plan is flawed and when someone comes along with deep pockets to remove the scum-bag from his fiefdom he complains that the company is below cash. Why didn't he buy back all he could for the shareholders rather than letting his wife and other insiders acquire shares on the cheap, or hold a dutch auction?
