Because they are mentioning the various suppliers of both PEM and SOFC fuel cells. Westinghouse has a tubular design SOFC that is currently being used in a 250kw unit, but these are not for auto or home use. There is some question as to how rugged the design is. Delphi is the other maker of units using stacks of planar SOFCs from Global Thermoelectric as they mention on other pages.
