Scumbria, I hear you get paided for these posts. How can I get some to supplement my meager income? <g> Perhaps I can scrounge enough coins to afford that shiny new wireless RF keyboard and improve my tortured rambling prose. Perhaps enough even to impress the forensic auditors among us that exposed so many fraudsters. Ah! But I digress. I'm not really sure if the appeals will last as long as 18 months. There is a small chance that Payne rules the rmbs patents to be unenforceable (this week right?). Would that make an appeal process moot? So it could even wrap up this week. It's not the destination. It's the journey that makes it so much fun, so a few detours to look at scenery shouldn't be too bad. I hope Payne doesn't rule on the unenforceable side, as by then, even many of the strongest non-rmbs-employee supporter will probably stop posting here and move on with their lifes. SbH
