MeD-- many that do not have a dollar value. I NEVER had a problem with any purchased (probably well over 30) and they are always there to answer questions. My friends tell me the service is great for them too.
BTW-- before the sale anyway,, they were dealing. Give them the prices from DELL & CPQ and see what they will do.The last lady that bought one found they would compete,, but she still paid a couple bux more. I have no experience with any service but DELL and have found no fault with them either,, but 1 problem never should have been there. Also a neighbor had enough agrivation with a DELL they finally sent him another machine. He has had zero problems with the replacement but the 1st one never worked.

MeDroogies,
Ask Compaq for a shareholder discount. I got one last fall on a 7000Z. I ordered on the telephone while looking at the web site and getting help with some of the options. Sales person said he would check on shareholder discount, and the discount came through. I don't remember the exact amount but it was over a $100.
