I like your "headfake down" scenario....The least likely outcome, IMO, is that the market explodes UP after Fed announcement, and never looks back.....I just think there is so much short-term down pressure here....it needs to be relieved...even if we are to go up... Based on this, I am thinking on going 1/2 short into Fed, adding 1/2 on any explosion up after announcement...I'll be looking to cover as we near support at lower levels... Fed Futures now pricing 65% chance of .50 cut...
