The current generation of overweight adults has a poor appreciation for soccer. Kids raised on a healthier lifestyle will do better.

This is actually very strange. Soccer is quite a worldwide sport, and in the U.S. has for ages been played by very many children. You would think that youthful experience would eventually translate into increased popularity for the pseudo-sport in the U.S., as children become adults. But for some reason it hasn't. I wonder why not? (grin)
