Franq I say 2 or 3 days for it to start sinking in. There have been so many stop/start steps in this China thing that most invesators are either numb or in disbelief. Also, the political process in India has turned WLL into a hot Potato where no one persom or Ministry wants to take the political wrath of the Cellular operators -- but ultimately, after responsibility is thoroughly confused to the point where everyone can deny that they did it, India will make the right decision and rapidly expand WLL. There is no other choice other than to doom their country to remain in the stone age.
