You must be talking about some other situation. We were discussing Ashcroft holding voluntary outside of work hours prayer meetings open to anyone of any religion.

The law that protects this is the Constitution. The precedence was set 250 years ago and far from being dangerous, we've had unprecidented prosperity and freedom under it.

To set up a law allowing any religion to be in favor is dangerous precedence.
