Hm... maybe it's just my bias against PS2, but I think that P4 is of vastly more importance than PS2, no? I'd invest without PS2, but not without P4.

"It is human nature to underestimate the rate of, and demand for, technology."

It reminds me of Arthur Clarke's belief that humans think in linear fashions, while technology advances in a more parabolic manner. In other words, in the short run we're almost always overly optimistic, but in the long run we're way too conservative.
