So we hit PSR of 2.7 earlier this year. That still doesn't seem like a big bargain, though 20/20 hindsight says otherwise. My guess is that this recovery take a lot longer than expected. However I think the market will be willing to maintain high valuations on the hope of "next quarter will be the bottom". BTW, I don't know if this link has been posted here grantsinvestor.com I find it interesting, though too bearish for my liking.
