Again, we don't know how much copper contributed. The bottom line is that the Al process peeks somewhere around 1 GHz, while Cu keeps going at 1.33 GHz, soon 1.4 GHz, I am running mine at 1.45 GHz. How can you claim with any certainty that of the 40% clock speed gain, Cu contributed nothing?

I can't say that it contributed "nothing," but I believe that it's contribution is statistically insignificant compared to gate scaling...
