Good morning Chris, Goldman Sachs downgrades VTSS, AMCC, and PMCS this morning citing valuation and limited visibility. Lehman Brothers cuts CHKP and lowers target to $70 from $110 citing competition from CSCO among other concerns. Fed watch is out of the way, there's no catalyst in the near future to propel and sustain the Naz. Instead we have warnings season around the corner which promises to deliver worse news than the markets have seen. Semis should lead the current down trend like it did on the way up in April. Stay short until the later part of June. Regards, Tom
