What about Optiglobe? Didn't GX just sign them up? Is Optiglobe signing on with multiple vendors? Telseon, the TSIX partner, is the one with the caveat recently WRT they selling capacity more cheaply than anyone can create it...

Optiglobe, anyone? I see DT has signed on to TSIX as well. The sick part of TSIX announcement is how pretty they have painted it to be. No mention of the insiders getting out at higher prices, of course.
