Gottfried, It's difficult to gauge the impact of the current backlog on future shipments when we don't know when the orders are scheduled to ship, or whether they'll end up being pushed-out or cancelled.

BTW, It's worth repeating: Thanks for maintaining and making your charts available!

On the rumor front... some are saying AMD may have wedged their foot in the door at Dell (that wouldn't be great news for Intel, or AMAT for that matter).

Applied still has a backlog of over $3B

If they have $3B in backlog, why are they only going to do 1.3B in sales next qtr? They must not have much faith in that backlog.

The backlog may be higher, but I think they also have more mouths to feed.
