Yes, I don't mind worrying about taxes on profits for a change. It beats worrying about losing capital :-)
I just wondered, since the debentures are tradeable, if you sold them on the market, would the entire amount be a capital gain? If it was cash it would obviously be taxable as a dividend, but I've never received debentures as a dividend before, so I'm a little confused. (But nevertheless, happy in my confusion.)
