Unfortunately for the vultures, there is no opportunity to pull down the company. If you look at the notes to the annual report, you will see that the notes/bonds are unsecured. That is why I am long. Also like this:

"Under the revised business plan, 360networks will require additional working capital of approximately $300 million over the next four months. We are currently in discussion with existing shareholders to resolve this issue.

Always nice when existing shareholders have deep enough pockets to step up to the plate. Should be a good negotiating point with a banker seeing how bankers only like to lend you their umbrella when the sun is shining eh:-))
