Sh&t, their rates were already 14.5 cents/kWh -- man 'o man -- that's a chunk!

Otherwise, we'd have a real catastrophe brewing. How anyone can take one step back from this quagmire and NOT draw the conclusion that this will be the worst recession since the 1930s is just beyond my comprehension.

Perhaps the problem is that nobody is willing to take the step back and view things objectively. They've all got the "we're better than our parents" blinders on.
