True, but note that long term rates (which are the ones you use in DCF calculations) have not come down in the face of repeated short-term rate cuts by the Fed.

In fact looking down my entire portfolio, currently my biggest single dollar loss based on original purchase price is on the 10-year Treasuries I bought a few months back. So much for investing in "safe" Treasuries instead of "risky" biotechs. <g>
