Welcome back, TP! I consider what I've read about "The Arkansas Plan" an act of treason. A group of people conspired to destroy Mr. Clinton who was legitimately elected. The conspiracies against Mr. and Mrs. Clinton began as soon as he took office. Every time you turned on the tv news, especially NBC news, you heard an account of some wrong that the Clintons were suppose to have committed. At the time, we didn't know what to think about it all, but we thought it was a bit much. We always use to say, "why won't they leave Mr. Clinton alone and let him get on with his job." Now hindsight shows that there was a conspiracy to destroy the Clinton Presidency. JMOP Mephisto
