Charles, I'm cautiously optimistic. The 10q needs to be
extremely positive with their forward looking projects. I
expect little from the current web access systems. Should be
this week. I was hoping to see something this morning.

Charles, I just found their late filing notice. Could be
they're waiting on closure of ongoing negotiations. See,
