Let me tell you a little small talk between Ted Davis of CNBC and Art Cashin of UBS/Paine Webber.

Ted Davis mentioned to Art Cashin that he was stuttering with all this stuff going on in the market. Art Cashin replied: Just think what the shorts are doing. Let me tell you this little story from around 1870 when Daniel Drew, who has a University named after him, said:

Those who sells what isn't hisn't must buy it back or go to prison.

Well, the shorts bought back today gg and many investors took the plunge today. Let's hope this market has some legs now. At least for a cpl of days.

The futures are up at this time and I heard that Intel is coming out with some good news tomorrow. That could move the market some more.
