Simply is the percent of Ameritrade transactions that were buy orders.

I find that Ameritraders are usually on the wrong side. For example, during the big declines, they were buying everyday. Eventually they picked the bottom but not before they made oodles of premature buys.

And then they started to sell way too early as the market rebounded.
