List rated stock following Lehman downgrade and amid speculation of change in relationship with Nokia; does not think that competitor comment that economy could limit upside is news, noting that company has said this itself; with respect to Nokia relationship, firm's sources telling it that Nokia is not building a CHKP replacement... Goldman would be a buyer on additional weakness in the name.
