INTC has all of these NOW with the P7 and the result is one big YAWN. INTC has only one option, SPEND, and maybe they are the latest "Generals fighting the last war!" By the way, I know thew difference between capital spending and R & D. You did not mention that sustainable competitve advantage is achieved through proprietary technology, i. e. R & D accomplishments, and now even SVGI's tools will not be "proprietary."
