Hi Janice, I suspected they got the scion IP information from the Marchese V Dobry court documents, since the dynamic IPs they gave don't mean much anyway. I knew that Marchese had subpoenaed the scion information from RB, since RB notified me, and I had no problems with that at all. I also knew that Dobry/Martucci would receive copies of the scion information, and again that didn't bother me. However, I wanted to be sure that confidential information which is subject to a Court Protective Order was the source of the IP information, and Chap_Caps obligingly provided the confirmation that the confidential information had been released by Dobry. I suspect Chappy is none other than Jacalyn M. Deaner, who should not be in posssession of any information which is the subject of a court protective order. I believe it was Dobry who asked for the Protective Order in the first place, and it is evidence of his contempt for the court that he would release confidential information to his Pugs Thugs. I don't think Martucci is going to be able to explain away this Contempt of Court by Dobry, and I don't think he'll even try. His client/former client is clearly beyond any control, and I am sure Martucci will point that out to the judge when asked to explain the release of court confidential information. Bad news for Dobry (and Kuhns who was having cyber-orgasms on AZNT)....and I suspect good news for Marchese and his lawyers who must now be wondering what OTHER confidential information has been leaked. In the words of the Chinese 'blessing' -I hope Dobry,Kuhns and Marvin "live in interesting times".
