Joe, OK, I retract the thermal shock possibilities because the liquid would be at room. Sounds like you think liquid is a good probability. So, when do YOU think we will see PCs or servers liquid cooled? By server types:

X86, IA64, Palos, Hammers

SPARC

Anything else?

Jozef,

One problem with fluorocarbons is that they can make silicone rubber and some other polymers swell, so there is still a need to be careful about what materials come into contact with the coolant.
