i think you are dead on. it is a philosophy. are your customers part of your team or are they there for "profit maximization" for each sale?


My customers are part of the family as we like to think of fit. We do not need to make a lot of profit on each customer. We just need to make some profit and have that customer continue to return. We also need that customer to have their friends and the balance of their family be our customers.
