TED...I thought Scully's baby was going to be DF reborn as an alien half-breed....on the other hand, there probably wouldn't be much interest in that outside the HDIE-HCDC board.

The jump on the takeover has put me solidly in the black on the shares I currently own...now I'll have to calculate my rate of return over the time since I bought my first shares....If I'd only sold my original shares, bought at 2.9+, on the spike to 10 all those years ago I'd have had the best return, instead of trading in and out during the subsequent roller coaster ride. It's been a live and learn experience with this stock and others. I wasn't fearful of the reverse split, as I went through the same thing with Centennial Technologies, and made a ton of money after the reverse was completed. Of course, I had much greater confidence in the new management at Centennial after the original CEO was jailed and the interim CEO was booted. Fortunately both of these stocks were relatively small portions of my portfolio. (Weren't you an interim CEO for a while at some software company?)

Did you ever get your oil spill cleaned up? I hope you didn't take my advice and use your HCDC certificates...jbk
