Joe, we'll see. I think the only reason we'd see liquid cooled servers, i.e., mainstream servers like IA32, IA64 or Sun would be if the chips got to such high power that they couldn't be cooled anymore with air. In other words, gaining some incremental (10 - 20%) performance won't be the reason. The steady improvement in process technology seem to be keeping pace with rising gate or transistor count, and keeping power from going out of sight.
