did you hear about this outfit's approach to declining sales? quote.yahoo.com interesting story on NPR about this outfit wanting to keep their people on after a bad experience in 91 with layoffs --everyone gets pay cuts and stock options to go with the pay cuts -- if they takes steeper cuts -- they get 2 for 1 on the stock options. Funny thing is a number of the employees were biting on the additional cuts The more I've found out about local IT cos -- the more astounded I am at how large this part of the economy really has become -- IT really is everywhere, not just being used, but the service providers. There are simply tons of them ...
