Newly-Created Position Reflects PRI's Focused Commitment to Solving Customer Challenges Within Today's 300mm Marketplace
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- PRI Automation, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRIA - news), a global leader in advanced automation systems, software, and services to the semiconductor industry, has appointed Jed Keller to the position of vice president, customer satisfaction for the company's OEM Division. In the newly created role, Mr. Keller will lead the OEM division in developing customer service programs that help its customers meet the challenges in today's 300mm marketplace.

Prior to joining PRI, Mr. Keller was vice president of marketing and customer satisfaction for Silicon Valley Group, where he was responsible for customer satisfaction for the company's worldwide customer base. During his tenure, Mr. Keller developed and executed plans for major reliability improvements at customer sites globally, that led to superior customer satisfaction ratings. In addition, Mr. Keller has held senior product management positions at Applied Materials Etch Products Division and Varian Associates Thin Film Systems, where he managed both product and customer requirements, while increasing divisional revenue.
