The way I read the chart HM hasn't broken out.
If you look back 1 year (if that's not too ancient for the modern investor),
resistance is at 7.62 (Jun 00). Interestingly, HM since it bottomed out,
is forming an ascending channel. The current upper line of resistance
touches 7.71 at this current time. I think therefore that HM has some
room to move up still. The bottom line of that channel is currently at
around 5.5 which is also where the 200 dMA is sitting. I don't expect HM
to correct that much at this time however. If it does, I know a lot of people
who might want to buy it.
