Here is a description of 360Pacific, or at least what it was "intended" to be. This represents 4.8 terabits/sec that will NOT be coming to market.

360networks will link North America and Asia with 360pacific, a 22,000 kilometer (13,600 mile) submarine cable with landing sites in the United States and Japan.

360pacific is scheduled to enter commercial service by April 2002, offering capacity of up to 4.8 terabits per second. Sales on this network have already begun; C2C, a subsidiary of SingTel, plans to purchase at least half of a fiber on the six-fiber pair system.
