My ATT experience was great too. Used to live in Upper St. Clair. Loved the people, hated the commute. Was back for a wedding last weekend.

Re: The screw ups in getting DSL connected were such a nightmare that I ended up filing a complaint with the CA Public Utility Commission.

I'm sure they'll get to you just as soon as they solve the electrical energy crisis. <w>
