They were? I must have missed that. I was talking about when the democrat Attny General appointed an Independent Counsel to determine if Clinton obstructed justice and committed perjury. Of course, he did, and was subsequently impeached. Don't you think he owes that public debt you're so concerned with a $7 million payment for running up the government bills for seven months while he perjured himself?
