A very interesting chart I saw this morning on the excess capacity of the OPEC members.

A year age there were only 2-3 OPEC members that had any excess capacity.

Today ALL of the OPEC members have some excess capacity.

That's very important!!

I think a lot of the oil stocks have held up despite the commodity builds waiting for tomorrows announcement of the energy policy. I suspect there may be a lot of selling on the news tomorrow.
