Hey, don't go away mad. -g-

I took a look at Dominion Power - turns out that Virginia law requires "net metering" - consumers that have solar, wind or fuel cell power sources on their property can run their electric meters backwards. I thought battery backups were needed for solar energy, but not so - that wonderful grid Tip helped build will always be right outside my door as a backup. The government guarantees it.

If electric power costs go up, I'll just buy some solar panels and you can pick someone else's corpse.-vbg-
