<MRV could also attempt to buy the converts in the open market, first.... thus bringing as much back in before they "force" that conversion....> They didn't want to buy more than 10 million when they could have paid 53% for plenty more at the time. Noam also only bought back 10,000 shares at the $5 level pre split for MRVC. What makes you really think he would be willing to spend $90 million at this time? I understand the prevailing argument on this board that the bonds will be converted. For my prior reasons I beg to disagree. I don't want to come across as a hardass, but I do want to offer my opinion. Respectfully RASCAL
