Please, don't look to me for what to do? I have neither the credentials nor approval from the NYSE to do that. I just give my opinion, something my legal advisor told me I could do.

As I told GZ, this is EXPIRY week and anything can happen. I have been waiting for a breakdown in various downtrend lines and an SCYR of over 1.5. But as I have said before, whenever SCYR is over 1.0, it means equities are a better investment than cash.

If the economists I read are right, this may be the first market which goes up in the face of a recession... and that is another reason I am holding out for SCYR of 1.5 - BUT I CAN BE TOTALLY WRONG!!!

AWDIK?

Skeet,
Now that I have had a chance to look at things, several important things have occurred:
- violation of the inverted H&S could put DOW-30 up 1,000 points in a very short period of time;
- FINALLY we have a broken downtrend line in the form of the SPY Acc/Dist;
More later.
Bill
