well, don't feel nearly as bad now as i did this morning...after buying those trading shares at 8.14 yesterday afternoon, i was doing my "you f*cking idiot" dance this morning... ah, vindication...even if for a fleeting moment. now, to sweat over CIEN's earnings....

Are you guys considering MRV stock price was way above $13.52 for a long time clear up to $95 and nobody converted as far as I know. The only thing different after June 20th is that MRV will have the option of calling the bonds. I don't think these folks will voluntarily convert unless forced to do so.

So Mike, why wouldn't they (the bondholders) just take the money and cover their short positions if MRV called the bonds trying to force a conversion.
