One of the first lessons of successful short selling is that valuation alone is no reason to short sell a stock.

It takes valuation plus deteriorating fundamentals. And as long as revenues and net income are growing and same store sales are solid and the balance sheet is in good shape, shorting this stock is a poor risk/reward bet.

It isn't a good long either, though.
