I was reading last night that there were heavy short positions put on in the last few days, as everyone expected the market to tank after the rate cut...and you could see the pressure on all our favorites yesterday at the close... and the futures at lock limit this am fooled everyone. (EXCEPT Connor lol) I find it so fascinating how the market is so unpredictable and if everyone expects something, it's not going to happen! You have to go into each day with an open mind. The 5 minute charts of the indexes today are a beautiful thing to look at. Now that's a rally! Now it needs to be confirmed...I'll trust it if it holds when the early warnings season starts in 2 weeks, and until then, ride the waves <g>
