Perhaps you could just give me a summary of what specifically he did that was so outrageous as you put it. Or so manipulative as others put it. I've never known William to be rude, or dishonest. Perhaps he changed when he started losing money and suddenly started acting like a jerk. If he did that would sound out of character from the William I have read for the last few years.
