I've always heard you don't need to plan for multiple contingencies, but I've found that when it rains it pours -- there's probably a few other things waiting to go wrong as well.

Parts of BC are so beautiful -- almost wish I could live up there <ng>

LOL, all the hydro workers are speculating down the the Vancouver Exchange with this wild action in Gold Penny stocks... who cares electricity anyway... look at the DOW, obviously everything is just fine.
