According to this chart it looks like it usually makes a move back to the 100 dma. I could live with that for now.

C&W seeks to buy U.S. CLEC - paper
LONDON, May 17 (Reuters) - British telecoms equipment manufacturer Cable & Wireless (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: CW.L) is examining the possible acquisition of a local phone operator in the United States, the Financial Times reported on Thursday.....

Chief Executive Graham Wallace said during a press briefing on Wednesday local access was one of the areas in which he was interested in spending some of the company's six billion pound cash pile, but did not go into details.

The Financial Times named Mcleod (MCLD) Warner Telecom (NasdaqNM:TWTC - news), Adelphia (NasdaqNM:ABIZ - news), and XO Communications (NasdaqNM:XOXO - news) as Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC) in the U.S. that could be attractive to C&W.

C&W on Wednesday said it was in no hurry to spend its money, despite pressure from institutional shareholders to make a large acquisition or give them back the cash.

The company paid $340 million for struggling U.S. Internet firm Digital Island (NasdaqNM:ISLD - news) on Monday.
